Happy realisation!

From hating the infrequent cases of
'pindrop silence' in the school classroom,
to enjoying the peaceful silence in the chaotic world,
we've come a really long way.

From chanting mantras while
entering the dark bedroom,
to struggling with moments of the thoughts of a dark future,
we've been successfully overcoming all obstacles.

From enjoying parties with friends and family,
to finding comfort in solitude,
we've learnt what enjoyment is.

From ranting about 'Early to bed' advises
to struggling with insomnia,
we've realised what stress is.

From imploring for a smartphone to having moments of
"This is the root cause of all my problems" after getting one,
we've learnt to deal with all our problems.

From punishments to demotions,
we've understood what word game is.

From procrastinating homeworks,
to making deadlines,
we've learnt to manage ourselves.

From dreaming of growing up,
to wishing of going back to childhood,
we've understood what change is.

From setting ambitions to realising it never mattered,
we've learnt what life is.

And now, realising that we realise everything
without talking about the realisation,
makes us realise what deep realisation is!
Change is constant and ostensibly, constant is changing!

F,R,I,E,N,D,S

(They say having a best friend, sharing stuffs with them, makes you feel relaxed

Give me a reason to not have one, dude... FYI, friendship is not taxed!)

But I don't want anybody to share my life with,
I am a person to whom a best friend is just a myth!
I have a few friends whom I can chill with, in order to keep myself fit,
Partying with them is fun, and conversations about anything random in life, with them, are lit!

Neither I call them my best friend,
Nor do I have those forever promises with them,
But when someone asks me about my friends, they pop into my mind,
'Cos at present, to me, they are a gem.

In case of an emergency, if I ever need someone,
I know that in the near future, they would definitely come to my rescue,
But I have that 'later future' in my mind,
I don't expect all of us to be the same, because, about departures, life gives us no clue!

I don't mean death by departure, but it could be the exit of a person from your life,
What really matters is that, at present, who's with you, and for whom you strive!

Having someone who is always there for you is impossible,
Everybody has their own life and their personal excuses.
Where would you go after they unknowingly crush your expectations,
A man becomes strong, but first, he breaks, when he loses!

Friendship is a tether between 2 ppl, but fate is a rodent that eats away the rope,
After all, the whole of the world walks on the narrowest bridge named hope!

(So, do you mean you've had a best friend at some part in your life?
By the above, it seems you've experienced the strife)

Having the best people around, I never thought, I would ever be left alone,
While one's passion drifted me apart, the other's jealousy kept us apart.
While one's too many expectations failed me, the other's attitude was sharp.
Time healed and emotions shifted, thoughts changed and now everything feels gifted!
Everything is temporary, but I don't complain 'cos the temporary is lovely right now,
Bye to the past, lots of love to the present, and to the future, I bow!

Bhule Dillagi!

Dil chahta hai hum saath rahe,
Dimaag Kare, hume durr!
Zarurat hai hume ek duje ki,
Na jaane kiska hai kasoor?

Dil chahta hai Milne ko,
Dimaag mein kahi h sawaal!
Darta hai usse puchne ko,
Kare kalpanaon ka Malaal!

Dil chahta hai baatein kare,
Dimaag yaad dilaaye toote waade!
Lafzon ka koi dosh Nahi,
Lagi chotein aur khwaab toote!

Dil chahta h ek tasveer,
Dimaag ko h apna guroor,
Kaha chupa rakha hai yaadon ko ?
Tasveeron mein hi hai suroor!

Dil chahta hai Ek din,
Dimaag ko bhi samajh aayega,
Agar saath likha gaya hai,
Toh Qaayanat hume milayega!

In-COV-enience

No doubt that the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions are necessary. But, do you think it is practically, a good idea?

As per the restrictions, only provisional stores, and grocery shops would remain open till noon. This actually increases the crowd in every provision and grocery store. Physical distancing has to be followed by the customers, but do we, the Indian customers really follow it?

We all must have experienced this discrepancy and in fact, the shopkeepers have to constantly badger the customers to maintain physical distancing.

Having the stores opened for the whole day, on the other hand, didn’t experience the same rush. Customers could come at any time without rushing and buy products at their ease. Probably physical distancing was easier at that time.

The same applies for a bank too, where 50% employees are only available to attend the same number of customers as during the Pre-Covid period. (In this era of Internet Banking, there are customers who still prefer going to the bank even in the urban areas, and sometimes we have to go for certain things!)

In my view, the Government should probably look over these aspects before imposing such restrictions.
